Raghav Chadha backs anti-paper leak Bill, says he sought solutions, not headlines

Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha backed the anti-paper leak Bill, saying he was not interested in headlines but in practical solutions to tackle exam paper leaks. Speaking in the Upper House, the Punjab MP stressed that institutional solutions were necessary to resolve the crisis. He said the proposed Bill would help make the system stronger and examinations more secure. The Public Examination Amendment Bill, which introduces stricter penalties for paper leaks and other exam malpractices, has been approved by Parliament after being cleared by the Lok Sabha. Under the Bill, individuals found guilty can face jail terms and significant fines.
