Chloe Fineman Leaves 'SNL' After Four Seasons, Lands New TV Role

By TrendingWire Newsroom

Chloe Fineman has departed from 'Saturday Night Live' after four seasons as a cast member. The comedian opened up about her decision, saying she is proud of her work but acknowledged the difficulty of moving on. 'I'm really proud of everything, but it's hard,' she said. Fineman joined the long-running sketch show in 2019 and became known for her celebrity impressions, including Timothée Chalamet and Drew Barrymore. Fineman has already lined up her next project. She will star in David E. Kelley's upcoming series 'Myron Bolitar,' based on the book series by Harlan Coben. She also has a role in the comedy film 'The Dink,' centered on the sport of pickleball. These roles mark her transition from sketch comedy to scripted television and film. 'SNL' has seen several cast changes in recent seasons. The show continues to air on NBC with its remaining ensemble. Fineman's departure was mutually decided, as is common for comedy series that refresh their cast regularly. She expressed gratitude for her time on the show and excitement for what lies ahead.
