Lucy Davis, the English actress best known for playing Dawn in the UK version of The Office, has revealed that she has incurable breast cancer. Davis, 53, said on Tuesday that she has been receiving treatment for Stage 4 breast cancer for the past year and a half, and the disease has spread to her bones. She said she is at peace with the diagnosis and is not afraid of what comes next. She also said she hopes to continue working as an actress and as an animal rights advocate. Her father, comedian Jasper Carrott, said the family is very proud of her. Fellow actors, including Jenna Fischer and Kiernan Shipka, have also expressed their support.
