Simon Levy, a serial sex offender from Tottenham, will never leave prison after being handed a whole-life sentence for murdering two women and raping a third.
Levy was convicted on Friday of killing Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo in March 2025 and Sheryl Wilkins five months later. He was also found guilty of attacking and raping a 35-year-old woman in January 2025; she survived and gave testimony against him in court.
Reports say errors by police and prosecutors allowed Levy to remain free and commit the murders. The sentencing means he will spend the rest of his life behind bars with no possibility of release.
