Justin Langer Leading Candidate for England Test Coach Role

Shastri and Dravid, both former head coaches of the Indian national team, are not part of the recruitment process. The ECB is focusing on other candidates, with Langer currently the frontrunner. The new coach will take charge of the Test team as England looks to build on its recent performances. The ECB has not provided a timeline beyond the desire to have someone in place for the Pakistan series.
