By TrendingWire Newsroom

A man from Arizona has been arrested after allegedly breaking into a locomotive and riding naked on its roof as it moved through Colorado. The suspect, identified as Daniel Ray Ballance, 36, of Quartzsite, Arizona, was taken into custody by the Fremont County Sheriff's Office. According to authorities, Ballance reportedly climbed onto a Union Pacific train and surfed on top of the moving locomotive. The incident occurred in central Colorado. Deputies were called to the scene after reports of a man on the train. When they arrived, they found Ballance still on the locomotive. Ballance now faces charges including trespassing, indecent exposure, and interfering with railroad operations. It remains unclear how he accessed the train or his motive for the stunt. No injuries were reported. Union Pacific officials cooperated with law enforcement during the investigation. The train was stopped, and Ballance was taken into custody without further incident. He is being held at the Fremont County Detention Center.
