The Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) was briefed by the Cabinet Secretary on the current geopolitical landscape and the steps taken by various ministries to ensure the uninterrupted supply of essential commodities, including petroleum products, LNG, LPG, and fertilisers.
The meeting underscored the government's focus on maintaining the flow of LPG and rabi season fertilisers despite the turmoil. Officials outlined measures already implemented to secure supply chains and mitigate potential disruptions.
