Bob Chapek has written a memoir that promises to tell his side of his stormy tenure as Disney's chief executive. In 'Behind the Castle Walls: My Thirty Years at the Happiest Place on Earth,' Chapek reveals for the first time the high-stakes maneuvering that took place behind the scenes, and he wonders whether he became the scapegoat for the company's troubles. The 272-page book is set for release in September and will address his time at Disney and the return of Bob Iger to the CEO role. Chapek, who spent three decades at the company, was ousted from the top job as Iger came back. The memoir is his first public account of the events.
