Pippa Harris, producer of “Hamnet” and “1917”, and James Wilson, producer of “The Zone of Interest”, will headline the 70th BFI London Film Festival’s Industry Forum in October. The pair will take part in individual spotlight conversations, discussing the challenges of development and production in a rapidly changing industry as well as their upcoming projects.
Harris, who co-founded Neal Street Productions with Sam Mendes, is currently filming “The Beatles – A Four Film Cinematic Event”, a series of four separate theatrical biopic films about the British quartet. Wilson is known for producing “The Zone of Interest”, which has drawn significant attention.
The Industry Forum is part of the London Film Festival, which runs in the British capital each year. It serves as a gathering point for film professionals to explore key issues shaping the industry.
