Moreno's remarks mark his first public comments on domestic abuse allegations against Miller, which surfaced amid a bitter custody battle between Miller and Moreno's daughter, Emily. Emily has said Miller scalded, hit and threatened her during their marriage. Miller strongly denies all allegations of misconduct. Moreno accused Miller of dangerous behavior and said he should get serious psychological help. He said Miller should not serve in Congress. Miller, who is seeking another term, vowed to stay in the race.
