Officials say Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta is nearly back to normal after a mass migrant influx, with almost all of those who crossed from Morocco leaving by Saturday. An estimated 60,000 people entered the enclave over just a few days, and at least 67 lost their lives during the crossing. In response, Spain plans to install a 500-metre-long barrier along the sea border. A majority of EU countries have also called for emergency talks in an open letter to the bloc's interior ministers. Meanwhile, hundreds of Ceuta residents gathered to oppose a planned far-right anti-migrant rally, shutting it down.
